feetpeet all the best!

Aww...!!

I'm so happy for you!
I was promoted to
#Thumbsshare Member Status the other day! Thank you, thank you #
Thumbshare moderators!

LOL, I think I've only posted my own artwork in there twice --- and it was because the moderators made me do it. (Haha, it was part of a game).

I like to post
other people's artwork (and find/collect cool things to feature...

) -- and with new Member status, I can post even MORE thumbs!! And icons! For example...
[ *Redhag's Gallery ]This deviant's work is absolutely beautiful! Acrylic, watercolor, prismacolor pencils, or simply normal ballpoint gel pens (as seen in the Iguana piece), this artist knows no bounds. And with under 2,000 Pageviews, ~Redhag's gallery is definitely in need of some lovin'!

Five thumbs... and icons! How will I ever get used to it!
[Lmao, yes, this is cool enough to note in my Journal. Shh.]There are a bunch of contests in my journal's Sidebar.
I search through News Articles for contests every now and again, and list them in my journal sidebar. Go enter a few! Some of them are insanely cool -- like that
Indian Mythology Contest! Check it out!
There are few things as wonderful as the voice of the Phantom of the Opera...

Aside from sending chills down my spine and making me melt into a puddle of drool, the Phantom's voice helps drown out Christine's...

Lol, sopranos are not my cup of tea.
The person who portrayed the Phantom in the movie was... alright. Not amazing. -- definitely not amazing. Just ..."alright"...
Live stage performances, on the other hand, with a Phantom whose songs echo in your mind well after the show? Listening to his voice as it reverberates throughout the theatre... Wishing you could have him sing directly into your ear?

Now that *
IS* amazing. It's one of the few times I can relate with a lead soprano character in a Musical. Aside from being disfigured, the Phantom was a vicious murderer, but Christine was completely bewitched by his voice.
...I can't blame her. I could sit and listen to him all day for weeks on end. (...Well, *that* Phantom in particular, anyway...) There are only a few vocalists that have that affect on me -- but this guy was definitely one of them. Now if only I could remember his name...
I've never been a fan of the end of this musical... It's quite obvious who my favorite character is...
Stamps!

OMG I am a total Phantom of the Opera FANGIRL
What was your favorite song?
And wooo, Phantom!!
I love the main "Phantom of the Opera" theme song, the "Angel of Music" song, and the "Mascarade" song that plays on the Monkey Music Box. And a few bars from the Phantom's Opera (from the "Don Juan" song).
What about you?
I used to sing it in school with all my friends. We would have a great time placing parts and trying to reach the high note at the end XD.
But that note is sooooo high!
...I usually just whistle the highest note.
IT COUNTS!
Grats on the promotion too though
